52:16A-63  Executive committee.4. The Secretary of State, or the Secretary's designee, shall serve as chair of the board of trustees.  Under rules adopted by the board, the board may establish an executive committee composed of no fewer than three trustees, which committee may exercise powers vested in and perform duties imposed upon the trustees to the extent designated and permitted by the board of trustees.  The board may establish such advisory boards and committees as it may deem advisable.
