52:17B-129.  Continuance and transfer of citizens consumer advisory committee;  chairman
    The Citizens Consumer Advisory Committee established by chapter 23 of the laws of 1967 (C. 52:17B-5.11) is continued, but such committee is transferred to the Division of Consumer Affairs and shall be constituted the Citizens Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee, the chairman of which shall be the director, or his designee, of the Division of Consumer Affairs.
