52:27C-101  Bi-annual report to Governor, Legislature.6.The Foundation for Technology Advancement shall bi-annually report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature.  The report shall address the responsibilities as set forth in section 1 of this act, along with all other issues which the foundation finds to be necessarily related.
