52:27C-22 - Public housing and development authority - New Jersey Statutes

52:27C-22.  Public housing and development authority    Within the department there shall be a  "public housing and development authority"  a body politic and corporate, with power to sue and be sued, to have a seal, and to have corporate succession, hereinafter referred to as "the authority."   The powers and duties of this authority shall be vested in and may be exercised by the commissioner.
