52:27C-27 - Approval of housing project by municipality
52:27C-27. Approval of housing project by municipality Notwithstanding any other provisions of law the approval of the governing body of the municipality in which a housing project is to be located, pursuant to article three of this act, shall be obtained before such project may be undertaken, arranged for, or contracted.
