52:27C-30.  Copies of plans, etc., of improvements receiving federal aid to  be filed with department    The commissioner may require any State department or agency or any political  subdivision, special district or ad hoc authority of this State to file with  the department, plans and specifications and certified copies of all  correspondence, agreements and documents relating to any public improvement or  service involving Federal financial assistance.
