52:27C-78  Submission of budget request.18. The commission shall submit its budget request directly to the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury in a format to be agreed upon jointly by the commission, the Joint Budget Oversight Committee of the Legislature, or its successor, and the Division of Budget and Accounting.
