52:27D-118.10 - Conclusiveness of allocation by director
52:27D-118.10. Conclusiveness of allocation by director Any determination of the director pursuant to this act as to the amount of matching funds allocable to each qualifying municipality shall be final and conclusive, and no appeal shall be taken therefrom or any review therefor, except in the case of an arithmetical or typographical error in the calculation of any distribution of funds.
