52:27D-28.5. Information on programs for older persons
    The Division on Aging in the Department of Community Affairs, established pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1975, c. 36 (C. 52:27D-28.2) shall prepare and distribute, in a format determined by the Division on Aging, information regarding State and federal programs which benefit older persons.  In continuing to fulfill these obligations, the staff of the division shall, on an ongoing basis, evaluate the need to update information so that the most comprehensive source of programs and services, as well as the rights of older persons is available.
