52:27D-29.34 - Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program
52:27D-29.34. Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program 3. a. There is established in the Division on Aging in the Department of Community Affairs a Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program to provide health insurance information and assistance by trained volunteer counselors to senior citizens.
b. The Director of the Division on Aging shall establish the program in all counties in the State through the county offices on aging or other appropriate agencies designated by the director.
