52:27D-322 - 6-year moratorium

52:27D-322.  6-year moratorium     Any municipality which has reached a settlement of any exclusionary zoning litigation prior to the effective date of this act shall not be subject to any exclusionary zoning suit for a six year period following the effective date of this act.  Any such municipality shall be deemed to have a substantively certified housing element and ordinances, and shall not be required during that period to take any further actions with respect to provisions for low and moderate income housing in its land use ordinances or regulations.
