52:27D-426 - Transfer of funding, programs, positions - New Jersey Statutes

52:27D-426.    Transfer of funding, programs, positions    21.  a.  All funding, programs and positions created to provide adult protective services by the Division of Youth and Family Services in the Department of Human Services are continued and shall be transferred to the Department of Community Affairs, however, for federal funding and reporting purposes, the Department of Human Services shall remain the designated agency for such programs.  The Department of Community Affairs shall provide the Department of Human Services with such information as the Department of Human Services requires to fulfill its reporting requirements. 

b.     The transfers directed by this act shall be made in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.).
