52:27D-43.17j  Regulations.10.The board shall adopt regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), concerning the operation of the board, procedures for conducting reviews of cases involving domestic violence fatalities and near fatalities, the establishment of the panel pursuant to section 9 of this act and other matters necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
