52:27D-43.24b. Establishment of trust fund    3.     The Department of Community Affairs shall establish a trust fund for the deposit of the fees collected pursuant to section 2 of this amendatory and supplementary act.  The moneys from the trust fund shall be used for the specific purpose of providing grants-in-aid to programs for displaced homemakers as identified by the Division on Women in the Department of Community Affairs pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1979, c.125 (C.52:27D-43.20).
