52:9H-4 - Payment out of dedicated funds unaffected
52:9H-4. Payment out of dedicated funds unaffected Nothing in this act shall be construed to change or affect in any way the payment or the amount of payment of moneys now or heretofore made under any items designated in former State highway appropriation acts as "Mandatory dedications" or the payment or amount of payment of any moneys into or out of any dedicated fund.
