54:4-3.51 - Continuance of exemption - New Jersey Statutes

54:4-3.51.  Continuance of exemption    A tax exemption granted pursuant to this act shall be continued in favor of  the applicant from year to year without further application so long as the blast or radiation fallout shelter, as defined in section 2, is maintained.
