54:47B-16 - Appropriation
54:47B-16. Appropriation There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for use of the council during the first year of its operation the sum of $10,000.00, which sum shall be reimbursed to the State from the first available tax receipts received by the department under this act.
