9:6-8.61 - Service of petition; answer - New Jersey Statutes

9:6-8.61.  Service of petition;  answer    A copy of a petition under section 40 hereof shall promptly be served pursuant to the Rules of Court upon the division or the individual having custody of the child under section 34 whose duty it shall be to file an answer to the petition within 5 days.
