10-12B-15. Cost-of-living adjustment.
A yearly cost-of-living adjustment shall be made to each pension payable pursuant to the provisions of the Judicial Retirement Act [10-12B-1 NMSA 1978], as provided in the Public Employees Retirement Act [Chapter 10, Article 11 NMSA 1978].
