12-10A-18. Memorandum of understanding; Indian pueblos or tribal entities.

The secretary of public safety, the secretary of health, the director and, when appropriate, other state agencies in consultation with the secretary of health and the secretary of public safety, may enter into a memorandum of understanding with an Indian pueblo or tribal entity within the state of New Mexico in order to effectuate the purposes, procedures and standards set forth in the Public Health Emergency Response Act [12-10A-1 NMSA 1978].
