Section 18-16-2 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

18-16-2. Definitions.

As used in the Music Commission Act: 

A.     "commission" means the music commission; 

B.     "department" means the cultural affairs department; and 

C.     "division" means the arts division of the department.
