22-11-19.1. [Exemption of certain participants covered under Comprehensive Employment and Training Act.]

All participants covered under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (Public Law 95-524) are exempt from coverage under the Educational Retirement Act [22-11-1 NMSA 1978], effective July 1, 1979, except for those employees who have vested in the plan by that date.
