Section 22-22-2 - Definition.
22-22-2. Definition.
As used in the Variable School Calendar Act [22-22-1 NMSA 1978], "variable school calendar" means a calendar for school or school district operations extending over a ten, eleven or twelve-month period or portions thereof in excess of nine months, which permits pupil attendance on a staggered schedule.
