22-22-5. Variable school calendar; action by state board [department].

The state board [department] may suspend or modify existing rules pertaining to school district operations upon recommendation of the state superintendent [secretary] when those rules prevent or impede the implementation of the Variable School Calendar Act [22-22-1 NMSA 1978].
