Section 22-24-3 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

22-24-3. Definitions.

As used in the Public School Capital Outlay Act:  

A.     "council" means the public school capital outlay council;  

B.     "fund" means the public school capital outlay fund; and  

C.     "school district" includes state-chartered charter schools.
