Section 29-9-7 - Construction.
29-9-7. Construction.
Nothing contained in the Organized Crime Act [29-9-1 NMSA 1978] shall be construed to supersede, repeal or limit any power, duty or function of the executive department, or any agency of the state, or any political subdivision thereof, conferred by law.
