47-7A-4. Variation by agreement.
Except as expressly provided in the Condominium Act [47-7A-1 NMSA 1978], the provisions of that act shall not be varied by agreement, and the rights conferred by the Condominium Act shall not be waived. A declarant shall not evade the limitations or prohibitions of that act or the declaration by use of a power of attorney or any other device.
