49-10-6. [Meetings of trustees; compensation and expenses.]

The regular meetings of said board of trustees shall be held on the first Monday of each alternate month, special meetings may be held at any time on the call of the president, members shall be entitled to receive the sum of two dollars ($2.00) per day for attending regular meetings to be paid by such board of trustees, and all costs and expenses of the election hereinbefore provided for shall likewise be paid by said board of trustees.
