Section 53-8-61 - Filing of decree of dissolution.
53-8-61. Filing of decree of dissolution.
In case the district court enters a decree dissolving a corporation, it shall be the duty of the clerk of the court to file a certified copy of the decree with the corporation commission [public regulation commission]. No fee shall be charged by the commission for the filing thereof.
