Section 73-1-12 - Recording of findings and decree; fees.

73-1-12. [Recording of findings and decree; fees.]

As soon as practical, and within thirty (30) days after the said district has been declared a corporation by the court, the clerk of said court shall transmit to the state corporation commission [public regulation commission], and to the county clerk of each of the counties having lands in said district, certified copies of the findings and the decree of the court incorporating said district. The same shall be filed in the office of the state corporation commission [public regulation commission], and copies shall also be filed in the office of the county clerk of each county in which a part of the district may be, where they shall become permanent records; and the said clerk in each county shall receive a fee of one ($1.00) dollar for filing and preserving the same, and the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] shall receive a fee of five ($5.00) dollars for filing and preserving the same.
