73-14-16. Filing order of incorporation.
Within thirty (30) days after the said district has been declared a corporation by the court, the clerk shall transmit to the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] and to the probate clerk and ex-officio recorder in each of the counties having lands in said district, copies of the findings and the order of the court incorporating said district. The same shall be filed in the office of the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] in the same manner as articles of incorporation are now required to be filed under the general laws concerning corporations, and copies shall also be filed in the office of the probate clerk and ex-officio recorder of each county in which a part of the district may be, where they shall become permanent records; and the said recorder in each county shall receive a fee of one ($1.00) dollar for filing and preserving the same, and the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] shall receive a fee of five ($5.00) dollars for filing and preserving the same.
