74-10-31. Conduct of election.

Elections for imposition of ad valorem taxes shall be conducted in a manner prescribed by the laws of the state for the conduct of general elections and in accordance with the provisions and procedures outlined in the Solid Waste Authority Act [74-10-1 to 74-10-100 NMSA 1978] for the election of directors.
