Section 74-10-77 - Interest after maturity.
74-10-77. Interest after maturity.
No interest shall accrue on any security in the Solid Waste Authority Act [74-10-1 to 74-10-100 NMSA 1978] authorized after it becomes due and payable; provided, funds for the payment of the principal of and the interest on the security and any prior redemption premium due are available to the paying agent for such payment without default.
