74-10-83. Combination of refunding and other bonds.
Bonds for refunding and bonds for any other purpose or purposes authorized in the Solid Waste Authority Act [74-10-1 to 74-10-100 NMSA 1978] may be issued separately or issued in combination in one series or more.
