Section 74-4G-4 - Regulations.
74-4G-4. Regulations.
The department shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of the Voluntary Remediation Act [74-4G-1 to 74-4G-12 NMSA 1978]. The rules and regulations shall provide for, among other things, the amount of the nonrefundable application fee and a schedule for the cost of the department's oversight of the voluntary remediation.
