Section 9-15A-2 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-15A-2. Definitions.

As used in the Tourism Department Act [9-15A-1 NMSA 1978]:   

A.     "commission" means the tourism commission;   

B.     "department" means the tourism department; and   

C.     "secretary" means the secretary of tourism.
