Section 9-16-3 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-16-3. Definitions.

As used in the Regulation and Licensing Department Act:   

A.     "department" means the regulation and licensing department; and   

B.     "superintendent" means the superintendent of regulation and licensing.
