Section 9-21-3 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-21-3. Definitions.

As used in the Indian Affairs Department Act [9-21-1 NMSA 1978]:

A.     "department" means the Indian affairs department; and

B.     "secretary" means the secretary of Indian affairs.
