Section 9-25-3 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-25-3. Definitions.

As used in the Higher Education Department Act [9-25-1 NMSA 1978]:   

A.     "board" means the higher education advisory board;   

B.     "department" means the higher education department; and   

C.     "secretary" means the secretary of higher education.
