Section 9-4A-3 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-4A-3. Definitions.

As used in the Cultural Affairs Department Act [9-4A-1 NMSA 1978]:

A.     "department" means the cultural affairs department; and

B.     "secretary" means the secretary of cultural affairs.
