Section 9-7A-2 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-7A-2. Definitions.

As used in the Department of Environment Act [9-7A-1 to 9-7A-12 NMSA 1978]:   

A.     "board" means the environmental improvement board;   

B.     "department" means the department of environment created under the Department of Environment Act; and   

C.     "secretary" means the secretary of environment.
