Section 9-8-2 - Definitions. - New Mexico Statutes

9-8-2. Definitions.

As used in the Human Services Department Act [9-8-1 to 9-8-12 NMSA 1978]:   

A.     "department" means the human services department created under the Human Services Department Act; and   

B.     "secretary" means the secretary of the department.
