§ 1003. Payment of abandoned property. 1. In such succeeding month of February, and on or before the tenth day thereof, every such public and other corporation shall pay to the state comptroller all abandoned property specified in such report, excepting such abandoned property as since the date of such report shall have ceased to be abandoned. 2. Such payment shall be accompanied by a statement setting forth such information as the state comptroller may require in relation to such abandoned property as shall have ceased to be abandoned.
