223-C - Application for the establishment of a de novo branch by an out-of-state state bank.
§ 223-c. Application for the establishment of a de novo branch by an out-of-state state bank. An application for approval containing such information as the superintendent deems necessary shall be submitted by an out-of-state state bank prior to the establishment of each de novo branch. The application shall comply with the requirements for establishment of de novo branches pursuant to section two hundred twenty-four of this article.
