§ 225-a. Power of superintendent to examine branches or trust offices of out-of-state state banks. The superintendent shall have the power at any time in his or her discretion to examine every branch or trust office located in this state of an out-of-state state bank for the same purposes and to the same extent as is provided in the case of banking organizations pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
