§ 328. Communications from banking department must be submitted to directors and noted in minutes. Every official communication as defined in article two of this chapter directed to a safe deposit company or to any officer thereof shall be submitted, by the officer receiving it, to the board of directors at the next meeting of such board, and duly noted in the minutes of the meetings of such board.
