§ 406. Filing of a certificate of incorporation; facility for alcoholism or alcohol abuse, substance abuse, substance dependence, or chemical abuse or dependence. Every certificate of incorporation which includes among its corporate purposes the establishment or operation of a program of services for alcoholism or alcohol abuse, substance abuse, substance dependence, or chemical abuse or dependence shall have endorsed thereon or annexed thereto the approval of the commissioner of the state office of alcoholism and substance abuse services.
