224-A - Elimination of noxious weeds.
§ 224-a. Elimination of noxious weeds. The board of supervisors of any county may appropriate and expend such sums as it may deem proper for the elimination of noxious weeds within the county. The moneys hereby authorized to be appropriated and spent may be expended in such manner as the board of supervisors may determine, including personal service, maintenance and operation, or by contract or contracts for the purposes herein enumerated.
