445-B - Parole and conditional release of persons committed under sentence of imprisonment imposed after September first, nineteen hundred sixty-seven.

§ 445-b. Parole and conditional release of persons committed under sentence of imprisonment imposed after September first, nineteen hundred sixty-seven. The provisions of sections four hundred forty-five and four hundred forty-five-a shall not apply to any person sentenced on or after September first, nineteen hundred sixty-seven. In the case of any such person, his parole and conditional release and his discharge from parole or conditional release shall be governed by the laws and rules appertaining to the sentence imposed by the court without regard to the fact that he is or has been confined in a correctional institution for mental defectives.
