704 - Severablilty.
§ 704. Severablilty. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section, or other part of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment, decree or order shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or other part thereof, directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment, or order shall have been rendered, and to this end the provisions of each section of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
